Forest bathing helps us to slow down and realize our connection with nature—a practice that helps reduce stress and boosts wellbeing while promoting our care for the Earth. Through guided nature meditation and using our different senses to explore the woodland, together we’ll take in the atmosphere of the forest, noticing the sights, sounds, textures of the woods. We’ll wrap up with a tea gathering to share in connection with Earth. Forest bathing invites us to reengage with nature in a way that feels like coming home.
